Quick answers for this chapter

Can I change templates later?

On current Squarespace sites (version 7.1), all templates share the same features, so you don’t “switch” templates. You change the look with Site Styles and layouts instead.

Is there a free plan?

There’s a free trial for building. To publish and keep the site live, you need a paid plan.

Which version of Squarespace am I using?

New sites use version 7.1. Older sites may use 7.0, which works differently. This course covers 7.1.
