Quick answers for this chapter

How many products do I need to launch?

There’s no minimum. A focused store with a few great products, photos and descriptions often converts better than a big, messy catalog.

What’s the difference between a product type, a tag and a collection?

Product type and tags are labels you use for organizing and filtering. Collections are the actual pages customers browse.

Are store policies required?

You should always have refund, privacy, terms and shipping policies. Customers look for them, and payment providers and ad platforms may check them.
